Winnie Trick

Winnie Trick, 85, of Mattoon, IL passed away at 10:30 P.M. on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center.

Graveside Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, March 9, 2020 at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery near Newman, IL. The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Winnie was born on December 4, 1934 in Allerton, IL.  She was a daughter of Harvey and Juanita Marie (White) Darley.  She married Robert Stanley Trick on November 30, 1952 in Homer, IL.  He passed away on April 30, 1997.

She is survived by five children, Kathy Stanley of Charleston, IL, Kim Mersman and her husband Paul of Effingham, IL, Karin Bright and her husband Gary of Ashmore, IL, Kelly Morrow and her husband Kenny of Mattoon, IL and Ken Trick and his wife Lynda of Lexington, TN, 10 grandchildren, three siblings, Larry Bott and his wife Nancy of Oakwood, IL, Linda Herrenknecht and her husband Jim of Sidney, IL and Sharon Dillman and her husband Roger of Fairmount, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one son-in-law, Ed Stanley.

Winnie had been a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Mattoon, IL and she enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family.
