Terry Cain

Terry Cain, 56, of Arthur, IL passed away peacefully surrounded by family at 12:02 P.M. on Wednesday, April 15, 202 at his residence.

A private graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 18, 2020 in the Ridge Cemetery in Oakley, IL.  Pastor Ed Cain will officiate.  The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Terry was born on June 2, 1963 in Decatur, IL.  He was a son of Ronald Eugene Cain and Linda Sue (Smith) Icenogle.  He married Linda Kay Miller on June 6, 2015 in Arthur, IL.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Kay Cain of Arthur, IL, fur baby, Tootsie, two daughters, Briana Marie Cain of Atwood, IL and Kelsi Renai Wright Alwood and her husband Andrew of Cerro Gordo, IL, two grandsons, Dakota and Levi, two brothers, Kevin Cain and Chris Icenogle, and three sisters, Ronda Wheeler, Jeanie Cain and Lisa Cain.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ron Cain and Linda Icenogle.

Terry was a 1982 graduate of Cerro Gordo High School.  He worked as a Dry Waller most of his life.  He enjoyed camping and was a big Elvis fan, wrestling fan and a Chicago Bears fan.  Terry enjoyed watching movies and he had an extensive collection of DVD’s and VHS movies.

Memorials may be made to the Arthur Lions Club or Hope Lodge near St. Louis.
