Vickey Espinoza

Vickey Espinoza, 74, of Arcola, IL passed away the Morning of Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at the Edwards Funeral Home, 221 East Main St., Arcola, IL. Burial will follow in the Humboldt Cemetery. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.

Vickey was born on April 18, 1951 in Mattoon, IL. She was the daughter of Dorothy Morrow Moutray.

She is lovingly remembered by her five children: Diana (Chris) and her Husband Arturo Davila of Humble, TX; Kim Frias, Larry Morford, Gary and his Wife Kymmie Morford, all of Arcola, IL; and Graciela (María) and her Husband Peter Teniete of San Antonio, TX.

Her Memory continues through her Grandchildren Johnny, Jessica, Mario, Juan, Christina, Tierra, Shyanne, Alex, Jason, Brokton, Victoria, Alisen, Alexis, and Alicia and 11 great-grandchildren, along with many others who lovingly called her “Grandma.”

She is also survived by her siblings: Gloria Langley of Mattoon, IL; Lonnie Piercey of Mattoon, IL; Steve Piercey of Arcola, IL; and Terry Moutray of Mattoon, IL.

Vickey grew up in Mattoon, IL, where she earned her CNA license. She dedicated her career to caring for others, working in several nursing homes throughout the Mattoon, Charleston, and Arcola areas.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy, Brothers, David and Larry Moutray and one granddaughter, HarleyJo Madigan.
