TONY SANKINS, 60 of Charleston, IL passed away at 11:08 A.M. on Monday, June 14, 2010 at his residence in Charleston, IL.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Tony was born on February 16, 1950 in Charleston, IL He was a son of Charles George- and Sharon Jean Kerns.

He is survived by one son Tony Ayers of Charleston, IL; one brother, Danny Sankins and two grandchildren, Dallas Ayers and Ivy Elizabeth Ayers.

He was preceded in death b y his parents.

He was a member of the Laborers Local 171 of Charleston, IL. He worked in the construction business for thirty years.
