Mary Diener

Mary Diener, 88 of White Pigeon, MI passed at 8:30 A.M. Sunday, February 3, 2008 at Heartland Home, in Three Rivers, MI.

Mary was born on April 8, 1919, Arthur, IL. She was a daughter of the late Joel and Lizzie (Gingerich) Beachey. She married Henry Diener on December 23, 1937 in Arthur, IL.

She is survived by her husband, Henry Diener; three daughters, Anna Louise Yoder and her husband Paul of Harrisonburg, VA, Verna Townsend of San Jose, CA and Mary Eileen Sutter and her husband Jim of Clarksville MI; three sons, Eugene Diener and his wife Gloria of Harrisonburg, VA, Jerry Lee Diener of Harrisonburg, VA and Ron Diener and his wife Marylyn of Austin, TX; twelve Grandchildren; four sisters, Fannie Mast, Lovina Beachy, Clara Schrock, and Lizzie Ann Miller all of Arthur, IL; two brothers, Louis Beachey and his wife Dorothy of Decatur, IL and Elmer Beachey of Mahomet, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a great-grandson, three sisters, Sarah Schrock, Verna Kauffman and Katie Stutzman and two brothers Alvin and Jake Beachey

Mary was a member of the Riverview Mennonite Church. She enjoyed sewing and quilting.
