Levi S. Miller, age 74 years, 5 months, 12 days of Arthur, IL passed away at 2:45 PM on June 30, 2022 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, surrounded by family. 

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 AM on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at Penn Station, 120 E. Progress St, Arthur, IL.  Pastor Brian Petersheim will officiate.   Burial will be in the Sunnyside Mennonite Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at North Vine Mennonite Church, 312 N. Vine St. Arthur, IL.  The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. 

Levi was born on January 18, 1948, son of Samuel and Verna (Yoder) Miller. He married Irene Otto on October 6, 1970. Levi and Irene were married for 52 years, 7 months, 24 days. 

Leaving to mourn his departure is wife Irene Miller, two children, David (Regina) Miller of Gambier, OH, Sharon (Toby) Beachy of Arcola, IL, and nine grandchildren. 

Levi was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Verna Miller, one brother Lonnie S. Miller, one sister Fannie (Miller) Downes, one sister-in-law Anna (Yoder) Miller, two nephews Glen Gingerich and Wilmer Gingerich, one niece-in-law Rachel Gingerich, three great-nephews and two great-great nieces and nephews.

Levi was a member of North Vine Mennonite Church. He was a long-time employee of Arthur
Farm Power and loved working on equipment and helping the local farmers. 

Levi was a dedicated husband to Irene, father to his two children and the many foster children that came through their doors, and grandfather to nine grandchildren.
