Biography JOYCE BROWN, 61, of Arcola, IL passed away at 10:14 p.m. Thursday, November 1, 2007 at Covenant Medical Center in Urbana, IL.
Joyce was born November 25, 1945 in Mattoon, IL. She was a daughter of George C. and Virginia (Morrow) Swinford.
Survivors include two sisters, Sandra L. Seeley and her husband Frank of Charleston, IL and Donna K. Plank and her husband Marvin of Arthur, IL and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents and one brother Charles E. Swinford preceded her in death.
Joyce had been a member of The Mattoon First Christian Church. She had also worked at Arcola Health Care Center for over sixteen years.
Joyce was an avid collector of Beany Babies and salt and pepper shakers and she enjoyed working puzzles and spending time with her family.
