Donna lived a life deeply rooted in faith, guiding her path with a heart full of devotion and a steadfast commitment to her family. Her life was a testament to the power of love—evident in her roles as a cherished wife, nurturing mother, doting grandmother, and proud great-grandmother.

She found joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially gathering with friends and family to play bingo and dice games, where laughter and friendly competition filled the room. Donna's kitchen was the heart of her home—she loved cooking big meals for her family, especially on Sundays and holidays. She poured her love into every dish, and no one ever left her home hungry—or without a hug. A lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Donna cheered on her team with unwavering loyalty—win or lose. Football Sundays were sacred, and her Terrible Towel was always close by. Donna had a soft spot for animals, and her beloved dog was never far from her side. Their bond was a constant source of comfort, joy, and companionship throughout her life

Donna was a member of the Free Methodist Church in Neoga, IL, where she found strength and fellowship through her faith.

Memorials may be made in her honor to the Breast Cancer Institute and the Coles County Animal Shelter.
