Cynthia Schrock

CYNTHIA KAY SCHROCK, 32, of Arthur, IL passed away at 8:36 P.M. Friday, October 10, 2014 at her parent’s home in rural Arthur, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, October 13, 2014 at the HCK West Building, 2008 CR 1800 East, one mile south of Arthur, IL. Bishop Ervin Miller will officiate. Burial will be in the Otto Cemetery. Visitation will be any time prior to the services at the HCK West Building. The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Cynthia was born May 4, 1982 in Tuscola, IL. She was a daughter of Ira M. and Elsie L. (Jess) Gingerich. She married Lamar A. Schrock May 13, 2004 in Arthur, IL.

Survivors include; her husband Lamar A. Schrock of Arthur, IL; three children, Valerie Rose Schrock, Jolen Devon Schrock and Lorraine Diane Schrock all of Arthur, IL; her parents Ira M. and Elsie Gingerich of Arthur, IL; her in-laws Merle and Arlene (Miller) Schrock of Arcola, IL; five siblings Gerald and his wife Linda of Arthur, IL, Rhonda Gingerich, Denise Gingerich, Ryan Gingerich and his special friend Denise Schrock and Devon Gingerich all of Arthur, IL; her paternal grandparents Merle A. and Lizzie Gingerich of Arthur, IL and her Maternal grandmother Katie Miller.

Her paternal grandmother Minnie (Yutzy) Gingerich, maternal grandfather, Lester Jess and her step-grandfather, Ammon Miller preceded her in death.

Cynthia was a member of the Old Order Amish Faith.
