CURTIS LEE TABOR, 53, of Mattoon, IL passed away at 8:25 A.M. on Friday, February 25, 2011 at Palm Terrace of Mattoon, IL.
Curtis was born on February 19, 1958 in Monticello, IL. He was a son of Charles and Judith (Nibling) Tabor.
He is survived by two sons, Josh Tabor and his wife Nicole and Toby Tabor and his wife Kristen all of Flippin, AK; two granddaughters, Victoria and Korey; his mother, Judith Borton of Seymor, IL; his grandmother, Freda Nibling of Monticello, IL five brothers, Bill, David, Rick, James and Robert Borton and one sister, Tammy Julen.
Curtis had worked in a cobalt mine in Idaho for several years. He enjoyed being in the mountains and spending time with family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Edwards Funeral Home in Arcola, IL is assisting with arrangements.
