Arthur Jones

ARTHUR EDGAR JONES¸ 69, of Champaign, IL, formerly of Tuscola, IL passed away at 4:40 A.M. on Sunday, May 29, 2016 at Helia Healthcare of Champaign, IL.

Private memorial services were held by his family.

Arthur was born on April 20, 1947 in Douglas County. He was the son on Lemuel and Clara (Branch) Jones.

He is survived by five children, Lee Jones and his wife Cheri of Pendleton, IN, Shayna Jones of Indianapolis, IN, Tanya Wirtz and her husband Brian of Brookville, IN, Jesse Jones and his wife Tina of Kansas, IL, and Analyssa Scribner and her husband Andy of Sullivan, IL, and ten grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Arthur was a United States Airforce Veteran.

He enjoyed outdoor activities, especially fishing and camping.
